To help students throughout their study at the university from the moment of enrollment until graduation.
To follow-up with students to provide all required services.
To convert students paper documents into electronic files.
To receive applications from prospective students and provide them with the necessary information on faculties and departmental requirements.
To issue students ID cards.
To prepare publications posters and guidance brochures for the deanship.

Electronic Services

To provide students with official transcripts and other academic records on a regular basis and upon request.
To provide students with semester postpone required form.
To provide students with semester withdrawal form.
To provide students with graduation form.
To approve urgent semester withdrawal or postpone requests.

Dean tasks:

To follow-up and organize received results.
To provide students with university services.
To pass graduation decisions for graduating classes approved by University Council.
To issue Arabic and English graduation certificates.
To prepare statistical reports for Admission and Registration.
To produce the list of graduate and honor students.
To issue and notify students of academic warnings.
