Impact of Economic and Social Policies on Gaza Strip

Sept. 5, 2017 – With the participation of distinctive academics and researchers, the project's team of  Rooting Development in the Palestinian Context and the Center for Development Studies organized a workshop entitled" The Impact of Economic and Social Policies on the Gaza Strip".  

In his remarks, Dr. Ali Abu Zaid, Dean of Planning and Quality Assurance pointed out that the workshop aims to analyze the significant political, economic, and social changes in the Gaza Strip over the last ten years in order to allow deep and critical reading of the development model in Gaza within a comprehensive development vision.

The attendees agreed with the necessity to guide policies in order to preserve the dignity of the citizens and end the division though restoring the national project to reach a state of national resilience and steadfastness.
