The unit performs the following tasks in accordance with the university overall mission:

• To oversee and ensure appropriate workflow in the university academic and administrative departments.
• To assess the progress of the lectures in the university faculties.
• To recommend a systematic plan to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of control processes.
