Human Development Report in 2015, A Study Day in AUG

Nov 22, 2016 – In cooperation with Development Studies Center (CDS) - Birzeit University, the Deanship of Planning and Quality Assurance held a study day, entitled" Human Development Report in 2015, Development in Every Work".

The event was attended by Dr. Ali Abu Zaid, Dean of Planning and Quality Assurance; the Economic Expert Prof. Dr. Mu'in Rajab; Mr. Ghassan Abuhatab,   CDS's Projects Coordinator; and a number of AUG Council, faculty staff members and those interested in development.

The study day included two sessions that discussed the report's chapters as well as an open discussion on human development issues in Palestine. In the first session, two submitted papers:" Labor and Human Development: Analytical Links" and" Human Development and Work: Achievements and Challenges" were discussed, in addition to the third chapter of the report. The second session discussed topics in the fifth, sixth, seventh chapters.
