Czech Representative Office Delegation Visited AUG

Jun 1, 2016 – In continuation to a series of previous visits, Mr. Radek Rubeš, Head of Mission, Mr.  Cyril Bumbálek , Deputy Head of Mission, and Ms. Sylva Pavlasová, Development Cooperation Coordinator at the Representative Office of Czech republic to Palestine visited Al Azhar University-Gaza (AUG).

The delegation was hosted by AUG President Prof. Dr. Abdel Khalik El Farra, his Vice for Academic Affairs Porf. Dr. Sami Muslih, Porf. Dr. Ali An Najar Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Faculty of Science's Dean Dr. Amal Al Kahlout, Dr. Nabil Shurab, Head of the Chemistry Department and Dr. Mazen Hamada, President of the Board at the University Presidency. 

The visit aimed to put the final touches on supporting equipping the labs of Chemistry Department within the framework of supporting the Ph.D. program in Chemistry.

In addition, the two parties discussed the possibility of enhancing future means of scientific and academic cooperation with Czech universities and institutions.
