Banking Specialist Training Program

The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Dr. Mohammad Fares received an approval from the General Administration of Bank of Palestine to carry out a special training program in the field of Banking business for 25 students from both third and fourth levels. Dr. Fares met with Head of the Training Center in Palestine Bank Mr. Majid Al-Jady. They agreed on a specific schedule for the implementing the training for students. The training will include 100 hours , 65 hours will be held in the university and the remaining 35 hours at the training center . After completing both the practical and theoretical training, students are expected to engage in a special and comprehensive examination of the program materials. and to receive a banking specialist certificate. Dr. Fares, from his part, stressed that this program will develop students' abilities and increase their skills and knowledge to fit the needs of the labor market, and reduce the gap between the scientific aspect and the practical reality. Furthermore, He expressed his appreciation to Palestine Bank for its cooperation. In turn, Mr. Jady praised AUG and its leading role, stressing that this program will be the first cooperation with the Faculty in the field of exchange of experience, pointing out that the Training Center Bank is ready for any future proposals that serve the banking sector and students studying in this field.
