Faculty of PHARMACY

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Azhar University-Gaza was established in 1992, becoming the first Faculty of Pharmacy in Palestine. It is currently regarded as one of the leading scientific centers in the field of pharmaceutical sciences in Palestine and enjoys an excellent national and regional reputation in scientific research. This distinction is attributed to its faculty members and researchers, who possess high academic qualifications from prestigious international universities and maintain continuous scientific activity, as evidenced by the publication of research articles in renowned, peer-reviewed international journals. The Faculty of Pharmacy offers a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. It aims to develop and enhance students' skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and self-directed learning, ensuring that graduates acquire a clear understanding of professional ethics and their responsibilities toward their community and humanity as a whole.

Building on the great success achieved by the Faculty of Pharmacy through the organization of the first and second conferences in 2019 and 2022, the Faculty of Pharmacy continues its determined efforts to maintain and further this achievement in the field of scientific research by organizing the Third International Conference. This endeavor comes despite the significant challenges and losses the Faculty of Pharmacy has faced, underscoring its commitment to continue its academic and research mission, strengthen its leadership in the development of pharmaceutical sciences, and create opportunities for scientific and academic collaboration at both national and international levels.
